Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator plans and executes a range of lead generation, business development, and sales support activities. Working closely with marketing and sales managers, you will help to position the company for growth by conducting necessary market research and analysis; producing compelling marketing and sales materials; developing and deploying content marketing and lead generation campaigns; manage SEO; track leads from marketing campaigns, conferences, and events; and measure the effectiveness of activities to drive continuous improvement.

A full- or part-time position is available.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities


  • Develops marketing strategies and associated tactics for lead generation and growth.
  • Gathers, reviews and/or analyzes data to create marketing plans and/or reports.
  • Writes, edits, and produces sales collateral and marketing materials as needed.
  • Develops and deploys targeted content campaigns, including e-mail with Constant Contact.
  • Manage and update the company’s CRM with HubSpot, ensuring all leads generated through marketing activities are captured with a high level of accuracy.
  • Write, edit, and distribute unique content for the company’s blog using WordPress.
  • Support content creation for the company’s social media channels.
  • Supports conference activities such as trade shows and client education/entertainment events, including pre-conference promotion and post-conference follow-up.
  • Supports client research using ZoomInfo.
  • Tracks and measures the effectiveness of activities using analytics available in Google Analytics and other resources.
  • Prepares proposals through online tools and hard copy for RPFs, supporting technical staff to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensures all materials are produced in compliance with company brand standards.
  • Supports other Marketing & Communications team members, projects, and initiatives, including providing support to and back-up for the sales team when needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field required.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in B2B environment with emphasis in content marketing and sales support.
  • Experience in energy efficiency industry or market.
  • At least one year of experience with WordPress and SEO.
  • At least one year of experience with HubSpot or other CRM.
  • Experience with ZoomInfo preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Constant Contact preferred, but not required.
