Position: AUDITOR (full time)

Job Description:
Prism Energy Services has an immediate opening for a full time Energy Efficiency Evaluator for their Southern New Hampshire territories (Manchester, Bedford, Goffstown area). The perfect candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, enthusiasm for the Prism products and brand and should be no stranger to a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling, performing and following-up on energy efficiency audits, meeting all deadlines imposed
- Tracking any stock issued or returned
- Entering Audits into system
- Weekly report submission outlining follow up
- Closing project sales in number and dollar volume identified by Sales Management
Skills:
- Base understanding of energy and lighting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
- BA degree preferred
- Valid drivers license a must
- Background checks performed.
Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT (full time)
Company: Prism Energy Services
Location: Quincy, MA
Education: BA degree preferred
Compensation: $30-40,000/year
Job Description:
Prism Energy Services has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant to the President. The perfect candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, be a self starter with strong verbal and written skills, have enthusiasm for the Prism products and brand and should be no stranger to a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling, organizing and keeping track of meetings for the President
- Filing and organizing proprietary information
- Liaising with vendors, customers and contacts on behalf of the President
- Compiling and sending correspondence on behalf of the President
- Performing other administrative tasks assigned by the President or other staff
- Planning and collaborating with others on special events
- Typing memos, copying, answering phones,
- Light bookkeeping
Skills:
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be a self starter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
- Bookkeeping experience helpful (will train if necessary)
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Background checks performed
